Exceptional English (speaking, reading and writing)
Common sense and ability to understand instructions
PC computer (No MAC's)
Good headset with microphone (must be clear)
Skype (compulsory for staff meetings)
Ability to be honest and work independantly
Must be a fast and hard, honest worker
Must meet with minimum KPI's per day
Monday to Friday 9 am until 3 pm
LKR 40,000 - 50,000 per month (depending on experience)
Paid on 30th of each month for the month prior

Wait for us to reveiw it and, if sucessful we will get back to you to arrange a chat.

1 X Photo ID that shows your residential address
1 x bill in your name and same address (utility, rates, mobile phone etc)
Bank Details (SWIFT code will also be required) as we Direct Debit to your account in your currency.
You will also need to supply your latest bank statment with your current name and address viewable on it (you can blank out other information, you don't want us to see)
Signed copy of your letter of offer we have sent to you
Whilst we encourage a relaxed working environment we still have to abide by some procedures. These procedures are non-negotiable. We operate on a 3 strike Method. Meaning 3 strikes within a month or during your probation period, and your position will no longer be available.
You must be 'sharp' on time to start eachday (2-5 minutes early is best and be ready for immediate start at your start time)
Not logging your Skype correctly
Not submitting end of day work (must be done as soon as you log off for the day)
If you need time off, we require 24 hours minimum notice (48+ is perferred so we can plan around it)
Sick days, emergencies, power failures will require evidence
Consistenly misunderstanding instructions (each time is one strike)
Not meeting KPI's
Not planning a minimum of 1 day in advance for the following days work (you will need to be able to instantly answer the work you will be doing for the day and following day).
